Working Out

I never thought I would say this but I really do love working out... I try to work out at least an hour today, but sometimes life gets in the way and I can't make it to a workout every single day...

Some of the workouts I enjoy are:

Spinning
Cross-fit
TRX
Intervals
Weight Training
Kickboxing
Pilates Reformer
Zumba
Hot Yoga
All of these exercises work me hard in so many and I always feel like I did my best. Working out always makes me in a better mood. Don't get me wrong sometimes I don't want to get out of bed and go work out but I always feel good after my workout!!! If you haven't tried some of these workouts I highly recommend them all, check it out!!
